03-03-2012

We had a further view of the very stylish Heathrow Terminal 3 this evening as we said farewell to Sian as she began her marathon 24 hour journey back to Sydney( have a safe journey Sianny!). The reason for the reunion has been extremely sad, however it has brought the family back together and has also reaffirmed our family ties and family values which bodes well for the future.
Tomorrow it is the turn of Laura and myself to begin our less onerous journeys back to Liverpool and The Hague respectively - the downside of all of this travel is that we are leaving Deb behind at this difficult time. I am however very sure that from the family that Emily and the grandchildren will continue their wonderful work of healing sad hearts ( they do it so well,  and with real style... but don't tell them!), this I feel sure will be joined by the equally wonderful 'Am Dram' friends who I feel sure will help the healing process.

A dear friend

It seems very apt to be writing this blog post in tribute to a dear, dear friend. The world has lost a true global educational  IT innovator...
